Yes,
ePub does not allow for user-configurable justification. (as configured with Adobe Digital Editions). However the file was set up, that's how it will display... As long as the device supports the formatting.
In the past, Sony's readers did not display fully justified ePubs properly. They would be displayed as ragged right. This is apparently fixed with the new update, BUT it will do nothing for ePubs that were never fully justified to begin with.
Bottom line: The vast majority of preexisting ePubs are still going to display ragged right on the Sony readers.
