There are a handful of newspapers that you can get through iDS, but not a lot.
As for RSS feeds, you can do it with some manual work through Mobipocket. You setup the Mobipocket application on your PC to "subscribe" to the RSS feed, and can then transfer it to your iLiad via USB.
