I only know because NPR actually spent like 10 minutes talking about this this evening... I can't believe they wasted time on covering it.
CNN is failing me then, it just says that Propofol OD was the cause of death. I thought they started considering it a homicide (but not officially) a few weeks ago.

I'm suprised with NPR I expect better from them.
