I definitely have to have a longer morning shower to help me wake up. That's when I do major washing.
I usually have a quick shower in the evenings before bed, especially in the summer and always when I've just changed the sheets. I love getting into a clean bed with a clean body (notice I didn't say a clean mind.
)

I use a diffuser to get my hair into springy curls. If I don't, it's just wavy and kind of does it's own thing, although I am glad it's fairly thick. When I was in college, I used to get a long spiral perm (hey, it was the 80's
) and would just let it air dry. There were plenty of days when I would to class and my hair was frozen.
