That link looks like it's more for small publishers, not self-publishers. Though the two may overlap, there is definitely a difference. A self-publisher uses his publishing house as a vehicle for only his own works. A small publisher puts his effort into promoting works by multiple authors, one of which may (or may not) be himself.
