Sure, at the moment the situation seems way too messy to make a change. One could think it's best to just go for a hide and hope the waves would calm themselves...

I think this is a bad idea. Remember Clintons confession (it was not sex...) or Michael Jacksons some years ago?! I think it's alway good to be honest and to say "Sorry!" would help to better the situation (despite how miserable the excuse possibly is).

When Michael from Bookeen posted in this forums and had a few words of explanation for us, everybody could feel a little bit of relief. But this is long gone.

Seems they persist on their vow of silence and maybe, when the FW update will be released in the end, nobody will remember the anger and frustration that it brought along. Me, I don't think so...

You know, it takes a long time to build up a good reputation, but just a few dumb mistakes to totally ruin it!
