I put custom-made bus schedules on mine when I'm going somewhere new. 511.org is the SF Bay Area public transit planning site, and I get schedules from there, and then edit them into Reader-sized pages and PDF them, so I've got nice 4-page "ebooks" with the times, prices, maps and additional details (like the phone number of my contact person) with me.
