And how about the fact that the first Disney animated movie with an African-American princess hasn't been released yet (granted, it's coming out later this year, but still.)? If I can recall correctly (and I may well be missing something), Mulan and Pocahontas are the only minority princesses, and both those movies were released in the 90s.
