I can probably sell the wood for maybe 2-400 $. But since it is so close to other houses I definitely need to get it cut down by professionals (with insurance). The sad thing is that those other houses were built just 5 years ago. So it being close to other houses is really none of my or the trees doing.
And I do think it's a shame to cut down a tree that might be up to 50 years old. But it can't be helped, I suppose.
