You'd have to be verrry accurate! These buggers survive two story falls. I've hunted them with pellets guns and unless you get them in the eye, pellets just bounce of their muscular little bodies.
The best solution is a trap. You just relocate them a few kilometers away, preferably near your bosse's house.
