I am guessing your delay is due to the out of stock color. Most of us that ordered ours did so with pre-orders. So we were not waiting on a specific color.
I would email them through the website and ask them on a eta, they have been pretty darn good at answering questions.

INteresting, I ordered the light pink one which they claim to be instock, but after 4 days (3 if count UK) no email from them and my email ask them for eta will soon reach 48 hours.
I guess i am too pushy. But Some computers games i brought a day after I brought the COOLer, also from UK has already been dispatched.
Just curious as I was under the impression with posts here, they ship them fast!
