I haven't got anything to add to this thread just at the minute, but I know those toilets - there is a Mcro Brewery called 'Zero Degrees' and this is their idea of a laugh in the blokes. I assume that it is the same in each of their pubs (there are 3 or 4 in the UK I believe).
Made me chuckle the first time I went
