Please excuse the thread necromancy but I thought I'd chime in and say the book I'm working very slowly on is 89K words with another 38K words of future chapters ready to integrate. I'm doing this to improve my english grammar rather than get published so you can rest easy knowing I won't inflict anything that tedious on this forum.
