You all got me hooked
....so after being a quiet reader for months now I decided today to say hi.

I am french, been living in Germany for 18 years (so yes, over 40), moving to Spain next June. I read mostly in english and almost exclusively ebooks now, on my iphone (Stanza and calibre first, now also kindle) until now BUT after reading for a while I decided to order an ereader at last.

...;-) and ordered a refurbished Kindle 1 (thanks for the tip btw) and an Opus.

The Kindle will take a while and won't be in my hands before Thanksgiving, but the Opus should be here by the end of the week (fingers crossed)
