No, actually, they make your life simpler by banning the hard copies of everything that you need to work with a patient and then going completely down at the peak part of your morning, causing you to have to ask your paranoid psychotic patient, "So, Insert Name Here, what did we do the last time you were in the office, which date, by the way, I cannot recall?"
