Were these any Mobipocket .prc ebooks or specially ones created with calibre v0.6?

I do notice a difference in how the Mobipocket Reader software treats .prc ebooks created with Mobipocket Creator as opposed to ones created by calibre. Even my Mobi2IMP software failed once on a calibre created .prc.

Just wondering...
