I tried to convert Dale's
.mobi offering of this ebook into .imp using my latest Mobi2IMP, but failed miserably. No html text was even extracted (must be a calibre-related issue), so I opened his
.epub version using eBook Publisher and sought to fix-up the ebook so that a proper .imp version could be prepared.
I thought that a .imp ebook would make sense since DaleDe was an early proponent for same. Hopefully I've done it justice.
