I'm not sure what problems you are experiencing with your notes. I create bookmarks with attached notes using Ebook Library before downloading to my reader. I have not been able to get the Sync application to work properly which causes me to update any notes I've made on my reader by hand. I would suggest you repost your problem in as specific terms as possible in the
