the pdftojpg is very easy to use,
cp pdftojpg.rar to "C:\Program Files\" and unrar it
double click C:\Program Files\pdftojpg\bin\test.bat
then should create hello folder, jpgs in it.
you just copy your pdf to C:\Program Files\pdftojpg\bin\
and modify the test.bat ,
pdftojpg hello.pdf changed to
pdftojpg -em 1 your.pdf
