OK, I didn't understand.
I thought it was a democracy - my error.
If it is privately owned, would you be good enough to explain who owns it?
I wrongly thought it was like any other community bulletin board and that it was owned by everyone.
Could you give the link to "the rules" that I have to follow?
I have not been able to find them on the site.
