Nice suggestions. Reorganizing the site can make sense, but I wonder what percentage of folks here actual go to the top forum page where the sections show, and how many just click on the "new posts" button when they visit?
You can't be all things to all people, and focused sites tend to live longer. Alex's plan to expand is great, so long as the structure allows those who choose to just browse in one area that luxury.
