I, for one, look forward to it!! Now, if the format will just get settled down.....
This is only true if the amount of people who buy ebook reader increases. An oversaturated market will actually damage the long time development of ereaders rather than promote it (deterring investors for a long time). We will find out in a year whether or not the ereader market will be able to keep up with expectations of current investors and if pick-up rates skyrocket like your microwaves or the more recent mp3-players once did.

Because if it does we'll get lower prices and fast advancing technology.
