We have three Sony Readers, and three cases (one of each color).
The first green case we bought had the magnets installed backwards. Yes, really. So it could not be closed, since the magnets repelled each other in that configuration.
We sent it back and bought one at a Borders, and it was fine. The brown case we bought was perfect. The red one is very slightly askew, such that the top and bottom of the case are slightly off with respect to the body of the PRS unit. It is minor enough not to bother me at all, but I can see that if it were only slightly more askew it would be a big problem.
