You won't find any schematics.

In principle it is a complete computer with a weird screen and a special keyboard. Just like you can not find any schematics for a Laptop or a Mainboard(except for maybe one or two very old counterexamples, like some 286 mobos). "Block diagramms" and "repair manuals" are the best you can get for computers and even they are hard to find.

If these exist ("repair mauals" and "block diagramms") for the kindle, they will not hit the public because the designer (lab126), the seller (amazon) as well as the service company (amazon) work so tight together.

Those documents are even hard to find for other IT equipment like routers, whose hardware the kindle is much closer.
