And just to clarify the conversion thing: ConnSoft (that is, the connect software) doesn't convert files to another format. The sole exception to this is Word files, which, as RWood pointed out, ConnSoft can convert to RTF files if you have MSWord on your PC -- the process is supposed to be invisible to the user, the .DOC just shows up on the Reader as a .RTF.
