Can you show me a screenshot or two from the mobi eBook you made?

I can't quite visualize how the multilingual part would work...

Also, what size are the pictures? Suitable for 300 dpi printing too, or are they too small for that?

Edit: Oh, and where would one get the annotations from?

I assume all text sources, illustrations, and annotations are firmly in the public domain in all countries?
