Lots of misinformation here from a reporter who clearly didn't understand the medium.

The "library books for 21 days" refers to the public libraries that offer Overdrive. There are plenty of libraries with this service; check the Wiki link at the top of the forum.

The EPUB reference means that the 1 million free Google books are in EPUB format. If Sony decides to offer books for sale in EPUB, I think that'd be a bigger press release.
