hi rechavia, you can easily re-upload your file by editing your original post :
1. click "edit" (bottom right corner) then "go advanced"
2. manage attachments (paperclip button in the toolbar)
3. delete the old attachment, then upload the new one like you did the first time.
4. modify the version number in the thread title as well.
some people like to make a note in the post of how many downloads the previous version had. you might also want to add a new post saying there's a new version at the end to bump the thread, so people who downloaded will notice ; editing a thread doesn't move it back to the top of the list.
