OK, and I recognize that the bias will be more towards the complainers (like me

) than the good reports. So things will always look worse on a message board than they really are.
But, in reality customer service averages should be 99% positive and less than 1% complaints. One bad experience does not equal an overall disaster, and one good experience does not equal good overall customer service. It sure feels to me like the weight of good to bad is certainly below the 90% range.
