This is sad news indeed. I have owned two prior models before buying my current C3100. Sharp's hardware design and the support of the community (oesf.org/forums) made it one of the greatest gadgets of all times. Will something like that (a small Linux laptop with a great screen, full keyboard and a huge battery life) appear on the market again?

My guess is that the resale prices will keep high after they discontinue the product.

Alas...
