Sadly, the almost mind-bogglingly obscure technical books that I write tend not to be in the "Best Seller" list
. University libraries might have a copy, but that's about it.
I've not bought anything from iTunes either, BTW. I have a large CD collection of classical music - especially opera - and that, plus a few audio books, are what's on my iPod.
