No, I'm sorry, I don't entirely agree. I'd really like to know what is meant by levels of TOC, and what the force autogeneration of TOC does, and find some of other options confusing.

I understand that Calibre is free, and is the work of volunteers, and really am most grateful. I think it is a marvellous tool. But I'd still really like to know how to use it properly, and for that I need a tutorial or a manual.
