I'm currently being ignored by Bookeen after receiving my Cybook last week. The device freezes at least once a day, sometimes twice. They answered my first email promptly. They've ignored my other emails where I request a refund, six in total (seven if you count the fact that I sent the same email to both their contact and support email). This is the worst costumer service experience I've ever had, and I feel like I've lost $350.
