The 0.6 version of Calibre will copy into a "cover page"...I think it's called a "book jacket"...if you turn that on as a choice in your settings. Once you have it in your global settings, it'll do it for all new books, but if you want to recreate older ones, you'll have to choose that setting book-by-book.
If you need more details, I hope someone else will chime in. I am unable to get the 0.6 to install properly on my computer.
