I'm sorry, I can't help you yet. My D.C. public library account was closed (by them) months ago and I haven't looked for a replacement. But, in the long term, I wonder if someone has thought of starting an international lending library for ebooks or even one that operates for profit by charging a small fee for each loan/rental.
