I'm so glad I stumbled onto this very informative forum! I'm getting one of the new Sony models (probably the Touch) for my birthday, as the local library has a great selection of e-books that I'd love to bring around with me. I've never really bought into e-books until I saw one personally, and how convenient they would be to a college student. But with the cheaper price of the Sony, I'm sold!
