Are they not identifying themselves as representatives on their posts? I would like to know who the Sony and Amazon reps are posting here, so I could ask them questions about their devices.
So long as you know the person is a representative of the company it really does not matter what they say pro or con on any devices, since you know where they are coming from.
In addition, by putting yourself out there as a representative of the company, you open yourself up to criticism of your product as well.
