The reasons F&F were not reprimanded and that your superior has not acted to the full extent you wish, are that what they do is not punishable... yet. If you persist in creating this document we talk about, when it reaches the proper instances, policy will be instituted for change and control. If F&F ( Fick and F***)
persist in their attitude,
then they become punishable and you might get your wish.
