I mean at what time the meet start. If I reread the tread, you have announce the meet for the worldcon then it there seem to be a consensus on saturday and firework at 10pm. You've mentionned reservation but you never said when the meet start.
Also did we choose a place to watch the firework. Do we just go across the street to the old port or is there a better place elsewhere. |
Wahou! Merci pour la version française, j'suis vraiment à côté de mes souliers aujourd'hui, désolée! J'viens tout juste de commencer un nouveau travail plutôt drainant.
So: sorry, meet-up starts at 6 pm, at the pub. If the weather's good (everyone needs to hang a rosary on their clothesline) we'll leave for the fireworks...but I thought we would see then how.
I strongly suggest taking the metro to Papineau if we decide to go on the bridge (my dad would like to, and it would be spectacular
) or to get to Frontenac and walk to Notre-Dame (that's where I go usually, they close the street, it's nice). Old Port I never been (to watch the fireworks, that is) but the nice thing about it is that it's in walking distance.
Anyhow, be there at 6!! I'll probably get there early, just 'cause I'll be too excited...
