My daughter asked me for an ereader and I'm seriously considering this ereader. It has some of the great features like multiple format support, ease of use(installing books and reading books), color, TTS, portable, and durable. As a parent the one issue you are missing that is a must is a dictionary support, I cannot tell you how important this is. As an adult this feature is very useful, but for children this feature is a must.
This is why you get yourself and your company in so much trouble. Whether it was your intent or not this is a dangling carrot and people will bite.
I just want to thank you for listening to your customers while you might not get the publicity of Amazon or SONY you are building a loyal fan base by building an ereader the consumer wants; and that will get you the visibility your deserve in the long run.

Realize, please, that we have two relatively independent factories and I have brought this up many times. IF it seems like I am ignoring the point... I am not. I am one cog in a lengthy machine.
Nobody has been as clear as you on this dictionary request... your post is heartfelt. I will try again. The problem is that almost all eBook Readers, including ours, are made in China (or Taiwan). To them, for some reason, they do not see it the way I write it. They seem to not understand dictionary support.
Let me try again to address this issue! Astak and its factories have been quite good at listening to Forum members. I will actually send them your post to back me up.
