It is a good initiative, and because it's guidance and not prescriptive, it makes it actually useful, too! (And also means you ignore the bits you think are wrong

I've just been looking at one of the service operation flowcharts and really can't work out why they think it should (or even could) work like that)
But they really need to get a readability consultant in
