This process may be require multiple steps

Either
1. combining the html, then converting to PDF
OR:
2. converting to PDF then combining the result.

I found various applications that can do some (some claim they can do more). They're either command line, batch, drag & drop or print-oriented. A few even run on the server side.

a) what OS are you on?
b) do you have an example of the type of html files we're talking about. If you could link to a spot where there are a couple dozen of the html files, I can try playing with it.

I had a bunch of links here but they got lost in a glitch. I searched on

combine html to PDF
merge html to PDF

I found at least a dozen potential apps. Several had trial versions. I don't care if it's $50 or even $99 bucks if a trial shows it will work.
