If you want something real, you have to pay for it - as usual. And for now, I did not find a solar battery charger I would consider for under 100 uros - more likely the double. Which does indeed fit - there are photovoltaic cells with about 3 percent efficiency - usally the ones on devices already too small, as to say, crap - and there are ones with 30 to 50 percent. The later used on your neighbors house
