Well, support was one of the reasons i when i chose the Gen 3. And one on the reason when I chose the Opus.
Yeah bookeen is slow with with update so ? My Gen 3 still works, though i now realy need ePub. But, the one time i REALLY needed them after i broke my screen, bookeen provided support faster than I could have thought.

Nope; We had the opportunity the meet the people from Bookeen and realise that they peaple trying to do tier job the best they can. And also, we French have more contact with bookeen, so, we're felling the no-com less.
