I don't remember who on MR recommended it, but great thanks to that person !
It is a great series (I recommended it several months ago). The final book in the series is scheduled for release in November according to the author, who I believe has visited MR.

If you are enjoying the Dragonblaster series, I highly recommend the several series written by Richard Tuttle. Go to Fictionwise and search by author name to get the complete list of books by Tuttle. The concluding book in his Demonblaster series is also due this fall. (My original note can be found here.)

I'm currently reading and enjoying Dave Duncan's A Handful of Men series, which is available at Fictionwise.
