I agree that its still an okay price. but you can get used kindles or 505s for 150 now, refurb kindle with full warranty is only $199 new 505s went for 200 not too long ago.
if it was 159, I would buy it right now, no questions asked
if it was 200 I would buy it now.
but is over my price range for a 5". as I can pick up a jet book for 180 tax incl.

I do not recall him suggesting a price of $159.00. As for the comparison of a used or refurb Kindle or Sony is like comparing apples to oranges. These units are tainted being used or refurb and the Sony is obsolete.
As for the Sony 5" is concerned, we will have to wait and see what the actual unit is like and the final for sale price.
That aside, the features on the Pocket Pro suit my needs more than any other e-reader on the market. Your needs are not necessarily the same as mine and these other options are viable for you.
