actually he said it a few times the price will be
$159 in the beginning.
and recently, up until right before his NDA, he said the price will be $200-210
I agree that its still an okay price. but you can get used kindles or 505s for 150 now, refurb kindle with full warranty is only $199 new 505s went for 200 not too long ago.
if it was 159, I would buy it right now, no questions asked
if it was 200 I would buy it now.
but is over my price range for a 5". as I can pick up a jet book for 180 tax incl.
edit: JR music world just leaked the price of the sony 5 inch as $199.
