i thought jim carey was brilliant in eternal sunshine, but i've not seen him in many films so i don't really have any preconceived notions about him. but if he drives you insane i suppose you should avoid it, he's the main character. then again, if you ask me, it's worth seeing even if he drives you insane. it might even change your mind about him.

I love Gondry's short work, and he has a documentary about his auntie coming out that sounds interesting - L'épine dans le coeur. I'll give Eternal Sunshine a whirl and try to get over my Carey aversion
