Bookeen brought all this negativity on themselves....It is outrageous that they would make a big show about publicly announcing the firmware being installed on Cybooks at the French meetup and not have a plan in place to distribute the new firmware to all users within days or at least weeks of their pre-release.
I was glad when I heard they were going to upgrade Cybooks at the meetup because it confirmed that there really was an update, and I expected I would finally be able to update my Cybook shortly after the meetup.
My belief now is that all expectations about Bookeen are wrong, except for this one: "In the end, Bookeen will disappoint and frustrate."
