Popular DRM'd ebook stores are BooksOnBoard and the Sony store; popular non-DRM stores are Baen's Webscriptions (name is something of a misnomer; there are "subscription" packages, but mostly it's just a place to buy sci-fi ebooks) and Fictionwise (which also sells DRM books).
